A Trip to Krakow

This past weekend we took the train with Magda and her daughter to Krakow. It was just an overnight trip, but it was jammed packed! We left on Saturday morning and got home at 10:30pm Sunday evening!! What a beautiful city and we wished we could have stayed longer to explore more. We saw Old Town, St. Peter and Paul Church, St. Mathew's Church, the Ghetto, the Jewish Quarter, Magdalina Square, the Royal Castle.....that was just Saturday! On Sunday, we drove to Auschwitz, The birth place of Pope John Paul, and Czestochowa and saw The Black Madonna.

Warsaw Adam & Aggie Style!

We are enjoying our time exploring Warsaw and here are some sights we have discovered!









Every morning we are up and Adam by 6:00am and out the door by 8am. We always walk to the "Coffee Heaven" for Mommy & Daddy's Latte and a blondie for the Kids. From there we walk and walk some more! We have made it all the way to the Polish Army Museum, Arkadia, the Zoo, Museum of Technology and the Hard Rock Cafe. On our way back from wherever we go, we stop at the Pizza Hut so I can capture a little wi fi and after lunch we head home for naps. All 4 of us! In the afternoon we find a new park to run around in and then head home for dinner! Every day is busy and exciting!

We would like to Introduce the newest members of the Weyers Family!

Agnieszka Lynn and Adam Michael Weyers!





Court lasted about 1 1/2 hours and was a little stressful. Mommy was in front of the judge for about 1/2 hour being asked various questions about our adoption and the children. I was nervous, but must have answered the questions correctly because the outcome was wonderful! Two beautiful gifts from above were given!

Following court, we immediately left for Warsaw and are now in the process of getting settled and transitioning again to new surroundings. There is so much to explore in this fantastic city!

A Frosty Morning

We were reminded on our morning walk that although so much is changing in our lives, somethings always remain the same. Like the beauty of a frosty morning and the glistening of ice when the rising sun begins to shine.

A Day in Old Town

We had a wonderful morning in Old Town walking around on the cobblestone streets and gazing at the incredible buildings. Oh, if walls could talk I am sure they would tell us some fabulous stories! I can only imagine what the area must be like in the spring and summer because there are many hanging planter boxes just waiting to be filled and vendors waiting to come out and sell their merchandise. Hopefully, soon!








After a full day of being a tourist, we found this excellent restaurant called Lee's Spaghetti House. Aggie just LOVED it!

Discovery. There have been so many discoveries over the past couple of Days. Everything is new!



Discovering Mama's hat is warm and fuzzy is super cool!



Discovering Disney videos is cool! We love Thumbelina!



Discovering slides at the Playground is so much fun!





Discovering the washing machine is exceptionally cool! It is fun to pick out your socks and pants in the sudsy water going round and round!



Discovering the alarm clock is pretty cool! (however, we have never use it because Adam and Aggie are waking up at 5:30am! - Up and Adam!

Mostly, we are discovering what it means to be a family and what a joy that is!



Oh yeah, we are also discovering that Tata's middle name might be the tickle monster!

Happy Birthday Lee!
First and Foremost, we are having a Ball! Everything is A-okay. We just don't have internet access in our rented home. I am next door in the landlord's office while Lee is feeding two kids pancakes and jam! I don't have much time!! :)
We are enjoying our time and are so happy. This is the best time of our lives. I promise, promise, promise to write more later.
